A history that can't be edited
Every change is recorded with who made it, when, why and the quantity after. Moves are never edited, so the Movements list is the full story of every unit.
Inventory
The most advanced inventory system. All with video proof.
Every unit that's packed, received or returned at a station moves your stock, and every move is tied to the box it happened in, on video. No more stock numbers nobody can explain.
Stock that moves with every box
Every change has a box, and every box has a video.
- Packed: a box's units leave stock when it's packed at the station.
- Received: a supplier delivery's good units go in, and damaged ones are kept apart.
- Returned: resellable units go back into stock, and damaged ones are set aside.
- Matched, not guessed: items are matched by SKU or barcode. Anything that doesn't match is listed on the record for you to decide.
- On the record: each packing, return and supplier record shows what the box did to stock, beside its video.

Built for real stock
Counts, warehouses and a history you can trust.
Counts at the station
Count stock by scanning it at a station, or type it in. Differences are highlighted for review, and approved counts go into stock.
Warehouses
Several warehouses, each station standing in one. Transfer stock between them, and keep damaged units apart from good ones.
Products by SKU
One product per SKU across your stores, with each store's listing linked to it. Listings that don't match yet are shown for you to link.
Proof of every box, on every channel.
