Shopify, eBay, Etsy and ShipStation, with WooCommerce and Amazon coming soon. Orders from every channel are checked item by item and packed on video at the same station, and their records and stock come together in one place.
Your channels
The Boxwitness app runs in your Shopify admin: packing slips with the order's QR code, Shopify Shipping labels, returns received in Shopify, supplier orders and stock.
Shopify stores are joining the portal too, beside your other channels: coming soon.
Install on ShopifySign in with eBay in the Boxwitness portal. Orders waiting to ship come in; scan the order number at the station or type it, and the box is packed and filmed against the order.
Connect your Etsy shop in the portal. Paid orders that haven't shipped come in; type the order number at the station, or print an order code sticker for it, and pack it on video.
Connect with your ShipStation API key and every order you ship through ShipStation can be packed at the station.
When a box closes on its shipping label, Boxwitness can mark the order shipped with its tracking number and let the sales channel know.
Connect your store through WooCommerce's own sign-in. Orders packed by their number at the station, and stock kept in step with your products and variations.
Merchant-fulfilled orders packed and filmed, with the evidence for A-to-z and SAFE-T claims.
How it works
Shopify through the Boxwitness app in Shopify, and soon in the portal too. eBay, Etsy and ShipStation in the portal, under Settings → Integrations.
A computer with a webcam, an iPhone or an Android phone, connected with a short code.
Show the packing slip or order code, or scan or type the order number. The station loads the order from its channel.
Every box and return with its video, and the stock it moved, filterable by store.
