How packing works

Slip, items, label. That's it.

  1. Show the packing slip

    Its QR code brings up the order's checklist and starts the recording, with the order, the items and the time on screen.

  2. Show each item

    Each barcode ticks its item off. A wrong item, an extra unit or a missing one is flagged live, before the box is closed.

  3. Show the shipping label

    The box closes and the video is saved. A label from another order is caught; a label of a box just packed is never mistaken for one that arrived.

Wrong, extra or missing

Every unit is matched against the order as it goes in. A swapped size, a second unit nobody ordered or a forgotten item shows up on screen, not in a customer's complaint.

Add a USB scale and each box is checked against its expected weight before it leaves.
